Brief Introduction
Sama like Kyoto Kanzawa is an old city at Edo Periode this city was ruled by Maeda Clan the Poweful Clan after Tokugawa clan who ruled Japan that time.when we visit this city we can see Castles and Temple in good condition.
Places Of Interest
1.Kanazawa Castle
This is the most visited place in Kanazawa by Tourists.this huge castle complex used to Maeda Clan who ruled this area from 1583 until the end of Edo period.the first place I passed was a garden right in front of the Castle many family gathered here.then I entered the gate from there and was seeing buildingsin the castle and the rooms.
How To get there
Kyoto Station-by LTD EXP Thunderbird 1 about 128 min cost 4000 yen-arrived at Kanazawa Station
From here take Hoketetsu Bus about 15 minutes for 200 yen.
2.Ninjadera Temple
The next spot is Ninjadera temple hear the name our mind will relate the name with Ninja.but this is not the place where Ninja Studying the skill.The name came from because there are many trap in this Temple for invaders.the actual name this temple Myoryuji.and was built by Maeda lord at Edo time.in this temple I with Guide and other tourist saw hidden tunnels,labyrinth for Stairways and corridors.
How To get there
From Kanazawa Castle I took bus and stop at Kanazawa Loop Bus stop from here just walk about 15 minutes
3.Higashi Chaya District
This district quite similar like in Gion in here I saw traditional shops,restaurants and Tea house.Tea house is well known for Geisha where they will sing a song,dance and have chat with guests in this district there are a museum which used to tea house likeShima Tea House in this place Guests will see the room and Tea equipment to serve the guests.
