museum-kaI visited Ambarawa Train Museum on September 1,2015 this museum is the most complete railway museum in Indonesia there are 21 steam locomotives from 19 th century.all the locos are in good condition.in the past all the locos brought passengers from Semarang train station to Ambarawa.
this museum used to  Ambarawa Train Museum it was inaugurated on  May 21,1873 because King Willem I who ordered development of this station this train station also known as Willem I station.the reason for building Amabarawa-Semarang Line is to make Troops transportation easier.
on April 8,1976 this train station officially converted into Ambarawa Tarin Museum by Governoor of central Java Mr.Supardjo Rustam later in 2010 the museum be Heritage building,
the museum jhas become one of main tourist destination which attract many Tourists and student to learn Indonesia Ralway history and seeing the collection of old locos and train.
