Brief Introduction

this street always full of tourists and local especially from evening-midnight.in Hefang street there is an old street where we can see shops, restaurants and teahouses in Chna traditional house.some of shops here has existed for hundreds years like Wangxingji Fan Store, Zhangxiaoquan Scissors, Wanlong Ham Stack, Huqingyutang Pharmacy, Baohetang Pharmacy, Zhuangyuan House, Wangruixing, Yiyuanjindian, Jingyangguan and Sheep Soup Restaurant among it is good decision if we staying in here From here to West lake just hundreds meters away
2. Six Harmonies Pagoda (Liuhe Pagoda)
In the Morning we went To Six Harmonies Pagoda (Liuhe Pagoda) this pagoda was on Yuelun Hill from here we can see a long bridge cossing Qiantang River.This pagoda was built by King Wuyue from Wuyue state.the king built this pagoda beside he is devout Buddhist follower also to calm the tidal waters of the Qiantang River, and as a navigational aid for boat. How To get There Take bus no. Holiday Line 3, 4, 287, 318, 334 or 354 and get off at Six Harmonies Pagoda Station.
3.Temple of Soul’s Retreat (Lingyin Temple)
the next we visited Lingyin Temple this Temple was built in Eastern Jin Dynasty (317 – 420AD) in this area there are important part which we can’t mis is Feilai Grottoes it is like in Longmen and Yungang grottoes but smaller where Buddha statues are put in the hole of caves,Main Hall Temple,Hall Of heavenly Kings and other How To Get there

4.Tomb of General Yue Fei
another China Great Generals is General Yue Fei (1103 – 1141)who lived in Song Dynasty era.people praised him not only he is skilled leader and tactitician which make his army always won their battle against Jurchen Dynasty.but also his good morals.he helped people who suffer from the war,protected them and care for the need of people and his army no wonder he got many support. unfortunately his rising famous made Emperor Gaozong (1107 – 1187) worried and with evil suggest from Prime Minister Qin Hui (1090 – 1155) General Yue Fei along with his Son who is also capable general Yue Yun arrested and Executed. When Emperor Xiao Zong (1163 – 1189) took the throne after Emperor Gaozong passed away he cleared the name of General Yue Fei and Built a tomb and shrine for him in General Yue Fei temple buildings we can see The General Statue,paintings in the wall whixch tell his life,his poem at the back of the temple is the Tomb of General Yue Fei with his son General Yue Yuen.before go to the tomb we will see the statue of prime minister Qin Hui and His wife who plotted to accuse General Yue Fei which resilted in his death.

5.West Hu Lake
Many Poems has described the beauty of west lake not only in weekend but in busisness day people will fill West lake.in west lake they can take a bot ride to around in the lake from here they can see Leifeng pagoda. many people believe Leifeng pagoda tell a love story between Xu Xian a sholar with Princess White snake because of broken the heaven law the princess later was imprisoned in pagoda leifeng 20 year later her son with Xu Xian frees his mother.
How to Get to the Lake:

Take subway line 1 to Longxiangqiao. Upon arrival, walk westward to reach the Lakeside Park (Music Fountain) or northward to Broken Bridge or Bai Causeway.
Or take the same subway to Ding’an Road. Upon arrival, walk westward to lakeside Nanshan Mountain area or southward to Wushan Mountain area.
- By Bus:
Take buses 4/K4, 6/K6, 7/K7, 15/K15, 16/K16,18/K18, 21/K21, 27/K27, 28/K28, 81/K81, K504, 527/K527, Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6, Y7, Y8, Y9, and get off at Su Di, Ling Yin, Duan Qiao, Qu Yuan Feng He, Yue Miao, Shuang Feng, Long Jing Si, Yan’an Road, Hu Bin, or Xihu Dadao Stations, and walk to the lake area.

- By Battery Car: The battery travels around the West Outer Lake and can stop at any place along the way for passengers to get on and off.
