I visited Semarang two time first in December 18,2010 part of my trip to Kudus,Demak and jepara and later on August 27,2015 part of my trip to Karimun Jawa island.in the trip I visited.
1. Blenduk Church
this is Protestan oldest church in Middle Java province and was built by dutch people who was living in the city in 1873 later in 1894 this church was renovated by W. Westmaas dan H.P.A. de Wilde who add two tower in front of the church.

2.Lawang Sewu
it means 1000 thousands door this in Javanese language actually number of the door not reach 1000 but because of people saw this two storey building has big and tall windows which look like door from far they misintepeted the window as door and if you have vsited Lawang sewu if you count number of the windows more than 100 hundreds.
.Lawang Sewu was built in February 27,1904 and finished at 1907. Prof. Jacob F. Klinkhamer (TH Delft) and B.J. Quendag who was given the task to design the building.this building was office of Nederlands-Indische Spoorweg Maatschappij (NIS) Dutch train Company in Indonesia.Now Lawang Sewu has function as Museum

3.Tawang Train Station
The Train 
was officially inaugurated July 19,1868 by Nederlands-Indische Spoorweg Maatschappij (NIS) for Semarang Tawang –Tanggung Line.the station is the second biggest Train Station in Midde Java Province

4.Marabunta Building
this old building has 2 red giant ant (named Marabunta) at the top of the roff of the building .the building was built in 1854.since that many theatres performance was held in the building the most famous performers who showe at Marabunta is a beautifull artist named Margaretha Geertruida (Grietje) Zelle but people more known her with her stage name Matahari the famous spied in world war I for her role in spy She was executed in October 15.1917
